1.Principal software engineer
Job Functions:
The principal software engineer will be responsible for software integration and verification on windows 8 tablet based on ARM.
Skills/Experiences:
1 Requires expert knowledge in windows 8 architecture, Snapdragon processor for next generation tablet;
2 Must have extremely strong knowledge device driver developments on audio, camera, video, graphic, sensors and wireless connection technology such as Wifi, blue tooth, GPS and NFC
3 Knowledge of interworking between intra/inter 3GPP and 3GPP2 networks is preferred. Detailed understanding of Standards (3GPP2/3GPP, IETF) is required.
4 Knowledge of programming language in C/C++/C#, Perl, vbScript, Java, SQL, and MatLab is strongly desired.
5 In-depth technical knowledge of windows 8, windows phone, Android and iOS operating systems, including APIs, process level details, and functionalities is a strong plus.
6 Ability to present complex technical findings to low level engineering teams as well as summarize to management is required.
7 Requires strong background in software engineering/scripting skills. 3+ years of SW engineering experience in the smart phone/tablet area is required.
Responsibilities:
The individual will be part of a cross-functional team developing the state of art smart phone and/or tablets. He will work closely with worldwide technology provider (outside the company) and various team in China (inside the company) to deliver the next generation smart phone and/or tablet to the ever expanding worldwide markets.
Education Qualifications:Bachelor’s, Computer Science or equivalent experience Preferred: Master’s, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
Additional Requirements:Fluent in both English and Chinese, both orally and in written format, to effectively communicate with R&D engineers in both US and China;

3. Sr. Protocol Testing Engineer
Job Functions:
The senior systems & test engineer will be providing troubleshooting support and optimization analysis of cellular networks for various projects. Additionally, the individual will be part of a cross-functional team developing and testing of applications using cellular networks.
Skills/Experiences:
1 Requires expert knowledge in wireless telecom protocol standards, integration and verification, call
processing and data networks.
2 Must have extremely strong knowledge of cellular systems using CDMA technology: CDMA2000 1X, 1xEV-DO. UMTS/HSxPA and LTE knowledge required. Knowledge of eHRPD, Packet data roaming, Multi-mode system selection are considered a very strong plus.
3 Knowledge of interworking between intra/inter 3GPP and 3GPP2 networks is preferred. Detailed understanding of Standards (3GPP2/3GPP, IETF) is required.
4 Detailed knowledge and extensive use of tools such as QXDM, QCAT, WireShark, and TCP trace is required.
5 Strong knowledge of data services and knowledge of protocols such as SIP, RTP, TCP/UDP, RTSP, Mobile/Simple IP, SigComp, HTTP, and other common application level protocols is strongly desired.
6 Strong knowledge in core network architectures for both 3GPP and 3GPP2, routing protocols, backhaul transport mechanisms, routing encapsulation, and transport level QoS markings highly desired.
7 Knowledge of one or more of IMS, MBMS, Video Services, VoIP, VideoTelephony, PTT, Presence is desired.
8 Knowledge of programming in Perl, vbScript, Java, SQL, and MatLab is strongly desired.
9 In-depth technical knowledge of Android and iOS operating systems, including APIs, process level details, and functionalities is a strong plus.
10 Requires experience and a strong background in wireless protocols, network design, development, testing and/or integration of wireless systems.
11 Requires strong background in software engineering/scripting skills Ability to perform data analysis on large sets of data and create meaningful visual analytics of the data is highly desired

Investigate and characterize the performance and functionality of 1xEV-DO Release 0, Revision A and Revision B networks and/or 1xRTT Networks in various aspects ranging from RF parameters to data services capabilities to QOS parameters.

4. Sr. Software testing engineer (Smart terminal and multimedia)
Job Description:
1. Compose the testing plan of Multimedia application of smart terminal (2D/3D graphic, audio, video, camera and camcorder), compose the testing design of functionality, performance and power.
2. As lead role of designing the test case and testing environment according to the software quality standard.
3. Execute the test cases and provide the test report. It includes the automation testing script, recording the test result and generating the test report.
4. Analyze and locate the issue during testing. Discuss with the developer about the solutions.
5. Provide and assess the improvement proposal. Summarize and trace the testing result and provide the feedback.
6. Provide the technical support to development team to ensure the quality of software. Assess the test result and train the other test engineer. Manage the testing procedure and in charge of the quality of the software as a testing team lead.
Qualification:
1. >5yrs experience in smart terminal testing or software design or testing automation.
2. Experience in 2D/3D graphics API, such as OpenGL, OpenVG, D3D
3. Familiarity with testing method of handset and software lifecycle.
4. Familiarity with resource allocation and power management.
5. Understanding of the parallel management of graphic, video and display.
6. Familiarity with the IOT testing of application. Strong ability to develop C/C++/C#
7. Familiarity with the terminal Operation System. Windows Phone, Android is preferred.
8. Good coordinating skills in team work
