Senior Pastor Position:
- Concur with LWBC’s Statement of Faith.
- Meet biblical qualifications as defined in I Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:5-9
- Minimum of 5 years served in church as an ordained pastor
- Minimum of 3 years of successful leadership/leading pastor (a growing healthy church) of no fewer than 150 adults in attendance, preferably in a similar setting of LWBC with multiple congregations
- Has M. Div. or above degree from an ATS member seminary or equivalent
- Able to preach in Mandarin，communicate in English fluently
- Has the heart and desire to minister to both Chinese and English speaking ministries
