建堂才藝拍賣的目的
建堂才藝拍賣，是藉弟兄姐妹提供服務或出售自己創作的手工品，讓教會內外的朋友更多了解西區建堂的好消息。每一個奉献才藝的弟兄姐妹就是代表西區的使者，可以把西區的使命和建堂的目的傳遞给接受服務或手工品的人，並希望他們也能一同來支持西區建堂事工。

我們會藉介紹服務和手工品的機會來傳遞西區的異象。拍賣的收益也會直接歸入西區建堂基金。

服務內容須知
· 建堂才藝拍賣的服務和手工品出售者都是教會成員（提供者），當中大多數人並非該項目的專業人士，他們致力提供有誠信的服務和手工品給拍賣勝出者（接受者），但服務和手工品都沒有品質保證。
· 任何人不能因任何拍賣的物品和服務產生的意外追究西區主恩堂, 提供者或接受者的責任。
· 才藝奉獻不能讓提供者或接受者用來抵免稅前收入。

拍賣勝出者指引
拍賣勝出者需要在贏得拍賣當天直接把最後標價用支票或現金交與西區建堂才藝拍賣的負責同工。同工會把提供者資料或手工品給予拍賣勝出者。

Objective of the church building talent auction
The objective of this auction is to communicate the good news of LWBC church building plan to church bodies and beyond by providing service and selling self-made art crafts. Everyone who offer their talent will become an ambassador of LWBC. They will share LWBC mission and the goal for church building with the auction winners and hope that they can contribute more to LWBC church building project.
We advertise the auction items on LWBC website and during CBCSD retreat while sharing the LWBC vision. All proceed to the auction will go to LWBC church building fund.

Auction Need to know
· Church building talent auction service provider and art craft makers (the providing party) are LWBC attendees, most of them are not a professional for the items in auction but they provide the services and items to auction winners (the receiving party) in good faith. There is no guarantee of quality.
· All parties are not liable for any accident resulting from the auction items or services
· Talent auction offering cannot be used for tax deduction

Instruction for auction winner
Auction winners must give the winning bid amount in check or cash to LWBC talent auction coworker during the closing date of auction. Auction coworker will provide contact information or the art craft items to auction winners.

聖地亞哥西區主恩堂的使命是要領人得著耶穌的救恩，培育信徒長成基督的樣式，裝備他們能以在教會中服事並在萬民中為主見証，使人人都成為全然委身的基督門徒，叫神得著榮耀。

神藉著位於 Clairemont Mesa，靠近大華超巿和韓國超巿的新堂，讓我們有新機會把福音帶到華人社區中,我們希望把福音不僅帶到在聖地牙哥多所大學的華人學生學者,而且可以把福音帶到各個社會階層.主的心意是願意萬人得救，不願一人沉淪。回顧主恩堂的歷史，我們一直積極栽培和裝備眾聖徒，願意我們把握現今的機會，到水深之處，得人如得魚。

LWBC mission and goal for the new church building

The mission of LWBC is to glorify God by making fully devoted disciples of Jesus Christ through bringing people to salvation, developing them to Christ-like maturity, and equipping them for their ministry in the church and life mission in the world.

Our Lord has given us new opportunities to take the gospel to the Chinese communities citywide with a building in the Clairemont Mesa area close to Ranch 99 market and Zion market. This will provide us with tremendous opportunities to bring the gospel not only to Chinese speaking students and scholars from various major universities in San Diego, but also to people of various social domains. “Whose desire is that all men may have salvation”, “Not willing that any should perish” Looking back at the history of LWBC and CBCSD, we have always been a church that is committed to raising, training, and empowering one another. With the new opportunity provided by the church building, we can advance “into the deep” to be “the fisher of men”.
